Starting natural

Hi all just a quick update.

Unfortunately I will not able to make to British Columbia University next semester, however I am still keen going to Purdue University next American/Canadian Spring/Summer.

Just recently i'm starting to practice natural life based on exercise, study balance management and health/wellbeing. This is the reason that I find life much easier in this way. I exercise as a long 4km run around the circuit of James Cook Drive around twice or thrice a week then shortly after that I go ahead to the University Hall college owned gym to do some benching, curls, sit downs and cardio.

About the food, i'm have been making (Subway like design) sandwiches for lunch everyday filled with ham, carrots, whole range of greens, cheese, eggs, tuna and vice versa. I always seek fresher food with more option for good wellbeing for dinner. For breakfast I always tend to have cereal (like Milo, Nutri Grain, Cornflakes etc) with soy milk. Unfortunately I am not happy that I easily get bad stomach after drinking 'normal' fat milk. Furthermore, I am still struggling to 'try' eat more wider range of fruit and vegies these days, because I fear bad taste of those. I don't understand why mushroom makes me feel funny inside my stomach. So, I will keep trying in the future.

Finally, what I have been doing other than study, I am the college Green Representative for JCU Green Program. I always interested in environmental Sustainability. I love helping people to understand how to recycle waste (the do and donts'). Recently, theres a big plan coming up for the college owned Clean Up Day on  Saturday 7th May 2011. I am very excited that seeing people start to understand the safety of our environment. Still some slight issues involving some people could not understood about putting plastic bags in recycle bins! Of course they don't belong in there! But the sucess part is a large mass volume of recycle we have been used per week which is the benefit! Other day, I saw seventeen yellow recycling bins lined up at the front which is a beautiful sight! Hopefully we win the Green Fisher Shield competition as we improve furthermore.

The Beginnings

Hi all
This may be the start of my adventures of 2011. I have been doing very well in my studies so far this year, so once come to my mind i have a good thought of 'Why not study abroad?'. Then I talked to my friends and they were all suggested me to do this thing instead becoming a RA or RSA member for University Hall in 2012.
So for now I was hoping to study abroad for first semester in 2012 in Canada or United States of America. So I am going to take my time to organise about that because its a lot of challenge with my studies at the same time because I need to achieve credit average or higher to gain permission and funds.
My choices are British Columbia University in Vancouver, Canada for second semester and Purdue University in Indiana for first semester next year.

I have been progressively and carefully look at the selective subjects and I find it interesting to do some atmospheric and advanced geological sciences.

Happy study!
